Everyone health and safety is a priority at Billmans Foundry and due to current health conditions in Victoria, we are still operating but please be aware of the following conditions at Billmans Foundry:
You must make an appointment before coming to the office / factory. Please call or send an email to make an appointment and you will be provided with directions for entry as our gates are currently closed. Only two (2) customers are permitted in the showroom at any one time.
If you are currently under stay at home restrictions, please do not come to our office/factory, as we do have vulnerable staff. If you feel unwell or have had contact with any known current cases of Covid19, you must not attend our workplace. Billmans do have staff whose health is at high risk if they get Covid-19.
Our toilets and facilities are not set up for public use, therefore are for staff only. Public toilets are available in the town centre.
Please complete our contact log on arrival if your stay is more than 15 minutes.
You must wear a face covering if coming to our office. However if you are not wearing a face covering due to a reason permitted by government regulations, please explain to staff and you will be attended to outside.
Only our employees are permitted within the factory area.
Freight companies are to pick up and deliver from the back of the foundry, no customers will be attended to there.
We currently prefer contact via email as from time to time our office many be low on staff or unmanned, so your call may go unanswered.
You may also experience delays, we love that everyone wants Australian Made, but we are currently being inundated with enquiries and orders. Staff need to isolate even if they have a sniffle, please allow several days to process quotes and orders.
Please do not ask for progress on your order, we need to reduce movement within the factory. All orders are currently taking approximately 12 weeks.
